Annabelle & Caleb.

Farrah sifted through the things in her purse, not stopping until she had found a pair of sunglasses and hooking them onto her shorts. She wasn't going to cover up if she didn't want to, even with Genesis' disapproval. If she was dressing like a whore, and acting like one for that matter, and he had asked her to cover up, perhaps she would do as he wished. But for now, she knew what she was and wasn't going to do. Besides, she wanted a nice little tan, and she was ever so greatful for the faint spanish blood that ran through her veins. It made summers enjoyable, her skin bronze coloured rather than the drastic pale contrast she sported in the winter. Reaching out to him with her hands, she waited for affection from Genesis, demanding it before she would allow them to exit their apartment.

Walking out a short distance to where he had parked his car, Caleb let himself in, sitting for a while and gritting his teeth as he remembered he had broken his hand, a sharp pain coursing through it for a few minutes as he tried to move it the least he could. He would have much prefered to accompany Annabelle on her trip to the ER, honestly a little worried about her health. He knew he was overreacting a bit, but having illness running in his family, and a heartattack causing the fatal crash that ended his parent's lives, any bit of abnormality in those he was close to tended to spike his attention and have him paranoid. Sighing, he started the engine and pulled out, taking the familiar road home once more.

Genesis wrapped his arms around Farrah's waist pulling her in for a kiss. "You look gorgeous." He complimented, before moving away from her with just his hand laced through hers. Once they had exited the apartment, he pulled the door shut behind them and lead her to the elevevator. Genesis didn't get too much of a tan, but he didn't burn either except for sometimes on his face and shoulders, but that was mostly attributed to the fact he didn't like to wear sunscreen. But, he supposed that a tan would look bad if anything with his copper hair and blue eyes.


Annabelle pulled in at the hospital, no longer feeling nauseous, which was a good sign but she still wanted to check out what had been making her feel so bad. She entered the hospitals, wrinkling her nose at the smell of antiseptic. Making her way to the front desk, she took a clip board from the secretary who gave her an overly-happy smile. Annabelle took a seat, filling out the information, finding the whole procedure a bit lengthy. She returned the clipboard, then returned to her seat and began the tedious task of waiting. On the bright side, the longer you waited in the ER, the less sick you were.

Farrah grinned at the compliment Genesis had paid her, trying not to block it out, as she was still unaccustomed to the positive words pouring out of one's mouth. Her life had been filled with negative ones from a boyfriend, being used by her mother. Genesis actually giving a damn about her well being and giving her unconditional love was something she was warming up to, and wasn't ready to let go of. "Thank you. You know, you don't look too badly yourself. Being half naked and all.." She teased, reaching up to play with his copper coloured hair. She adored redheads, and had always envied the people who had red hair. It was sort of out of the question with her nearly black hair and hispanic heritage, though she sported more of the caucausian features than anything. "I'm so jealous of you.." She murmured, wrapping her finger around one strand of his beautifully coloured hair.

Getting out of the car once he had parked on the too familiar gravel drive of his home, Caleb pushed the door to with his foot, avoiding all contact with his hands when possible. After letting himself in, he made his way to the kitchen, grabbing a bottle of water from the frige and going to open the prescription painkillers the doctor had given him. His temper was raised by the fact that it had a childproof seal on it, which was also Caleb-proof due to the face he couldn't use both of his hands. Grinding his teeth, he debated on grabbing a hammer and beating the bottle. He didn't need it anyhow, but decided to just grin and bear it for the time being. The other great debate was taking cold medicine to allow him to find some sleep, hopefully peaceful this time, but due to his worry over Annabelle, he decided best to stay up in case she needed him.

Genesis chuckled at her compliment, you did eventually build up a nice muscle mass when you worked on cars. As for his hair, he liked the color, it was a unique color and most thought he dyed it that color. It was just between brown and red, more on the red side though. "I love you." He replied, putting an arm around Farrah's waist as the elevator door opened on the garage floor level. "You wanna drive or do you want me too?" He quesioned walking to the car and sitting lightly on the hood. "And do you wanna stop at Dunkin' Doughnuts or something to get breakfast or just wait to eat until we get down there?" He asked, that was one thing he liked about living in FL. They weren't far from the beach, even if he typically didn't go.

It was probably an hour before Annabelle was called back, they asked her all the normal questions about her symptoms, why she was here, took her heart rate and blood pressure. After that another massive headache came on. The doctor decided to draw blood, much to Annabelle's protest but she reasoned a little prick was worth getting better faster. However when she saw her blood going through the tubes, she just threw up, not because her illness but because she was squemish. God, she hated going to the doctor. After that, there was just more waiting back in the waiting room.

Farrah smiled lightly, leaning forward onto the hood of the car beside him as Genesis perched there lightly. Deciding it would be rather unattractive for her stomach to continue rumbling, especially around other people, she decided that she wanted to grab something to eat, much to her disliking. She had been overly self-concious lately, and was hoping to lose weight. In times of hardship, literally or just her mental state, she would skip meals, work out. Occasionally she made herself sick, and Annabelle was there to clean up her messes and help her back to normal, but she was finding herself slipping into it again though she refused to let Genesis find out of it. She was insecure already, and that added onto her occasional eating disorder, but she knew she'd upset him if he came to find out about it, and she could control it before it got to a low point this time, she believed. "I want breakfast." She murmured, going around to the passenger side.

Snagging the cold bottle from the countertop, Caleb made his way into the bedroom, deciding to try and sleep a while. He was beginning to get a headache from grinding his teeth, but every bottle of medication seemed to be too difficult to open single-handedly. Turning the thermostat down, he walked over to the windows and pulled the curtains closed, finding some relief in the darkened and now cool bedroom of his. Tossing his phone onto the bed beside him, he turned the volume on the ringer up, deciding that if Annabelle called, and he was alseep, then he could wake up to the obnoxious noise. Covering his face with the pillow beside him, he focused hard on nothing, and nearly pleaded for sleep to consume him. Much to his surprise, he did get a nap in. But he woke every ten minutes for two hours, leaving him more exhausted than before.

Genesis assumed that Farrah didn't want to drive when she went to the passenger's side, so he walked around to the driver's side and climbed in. "Why do you sound so glum?" Genesis questioned, reaching out for her hand and placing his over it as he pulled out garage. "What do you want to eat?" He asked slowing to a stop at the stop sign at the exit of the garage. Awaiting Farrah's answer so he'd know which was to go. Genesis would never understand why girls worried about their weight, if they weren't 350lbs, they were fine in his view. Weight didn't make diffrence, he was after personality, but Farrah's good looks were a big plus.

It was only after the they finished running all the blood through testing that they called Annabelle back to the room. "Well, Ms. Adalie, We are happy to report that absoutley nothing is wrong with you!" The nurse chirped happily, handing her a dismisal strip and cutting off the band around Annabelle's wrist. "Nothing?" Annabelle tilted her head in confusion, surely there had to be something wrong, otherwise she would be throwing her guts up everyday. "No! You're pregnant! Congratulations!" The nurse chirped again. "Come again?" Annabelle didn't think she had heard that right the first time, she couldn't be she'd been on birth control and her and Caleb had used protection. "Oh. Was this not planned? If it wasn't here are some brochures on options." The nurse said, slightly taken aback as she handed her a couple phamplets. "No... no it wasn't... Can I sit down?" Annabelle asked, taking a seat as she started to feel sick again, this ime out of worry.

Farrah glanced over at Genesis, putting on her best game face and trying to play it down. "Nothing's wrong. I'm just a little light headed. Hungry." She murmured, giving his hand a light squeeze before glacing around. That was partly true, she was in fact a little lightheaded, but she knew she had to eat something, otherwise she wouldn't last on the beach. She could eat something healthy for breakfast, possibly skip lunch, and have a light dinner. "Is there an Ihop anywhere around? I'd rather not go to the diner where I worked if you don't mind." She admitted. She obviously didn't want to go where she spent her days avoiding her ex as often as she could. It was a depressing and axniety-causing little building, and it wasn't going to do her any bit of good to go there, especially with her disorder wanting to pop back up.

Caleb, groggy and slightly grouchy, climbed from the bed, snatching up his phone on the way. Glancing at it in the dark, he was blinded for a split second before his eyes could adjust, which discouraged him seeing that Annabelle hadn't called or texted him just yet. Slipping the phone into his back pocket, he went into the kitchen, scrounging around the refrigerator to find something he could turn into an edible meal. After finding no good options, realizing he needed to restock on food, he ordered a pizza before playing around with his phone mindlessly. It wasn't long before he texted Annabelle, worried now that she hadn't answered. Perhaps he was being pushy, a little too agressive, but he did care about her well-being. 'you okay? what did the doctor say?' hitting send, he pushed himself up off of the couch and went to the front door, paying the delivery guy in cash locking the door and grabbing a slice of pizza.

"You sure? and uhm, yeah. I think some of your clothes are in here, you might wanna put them on. Can you hand me my shirt, it's behind the seat?" Genesis siad, he doubted they'd let either of them into Ihop while they were wearing just their swimsuits. Thankfully, Genesis always kept clean shirts in his car since he always seemed to be messing them up and then having to go somewhere when he worked at the garage. He made a right turn, following the path in his head to Ihop, pulling up in the parking lot. He liked Ihop, he really liked their pancakes so Farrah had made a very good choice in his opinion.

Annabelle heard her phone, she assumed it was Caleb and quite honestly she wasn't sure how she was going to tell him this. The nurse gave her a sympathetic look and offered her some water, but Annabelle shook her head and politely pushed it away. "Thank you." She murmured, rising from the seat and making her way out of the hospital and back to her car, sitting with her head against the steering wheel and sighing deeply with her hand over her stomach. She decided to go to Caleb's she didn't care about anything else, all she really wanted was someone to hold her right now and she started the car, driving to Caleb's home.

Farrah nodded, unbuckling and halfway climbing into the backseat to grab one of Genesis' shirts, and one of her own. She was glad she had put on a pair of shorts that morning, because she definitely had not planned on eating anything until later in the day once she had gotten her metabolism going. Sitting upright in the seat once more, she handed him one of his shirts before climbing out of the car. She didnt want to come off as cross, but she was moody from the lack of food, her head was hurting from it, but most of all, she was angry she was slipping back into an eating disorder. Kicking a small pebble by her feet, she walked around to his side of the car and wrapped her arms around his waist. She didn't care to talk about it, she just wanted a hug before she forced herself to shovel food down her throat, no matter how small the portion.

Caleb was helping himself to his second slice of pizza when he noticed headlights lighting up the living room. Setting his food down, he made his way to the door and noticed a very familiar car out the front window. Grinning, he opened the door and made his way out to her, careful to flip the porch light on before making his way down the steps and gravel drive barefoot. "Hey, is everything alright? I hadn't heard from you." He mumbled, offering her a smaller smile. he didn't want to seem too keen on seeing her, he knew things had been tense and she wasn't fond of him being overly affectionate, but he did love her. Noticing her less-than-thrilled stature, he frowned. "What's wrong?" He asked cautiously.

Genesis smiled at her hug, he loved Farrah and any amount of affection she gave him. It made him feel good that he was starting to coax her out of the way Jason had made her feel. "I love you." He murmured, kissing her cheek. He knew something wasn't right, he didn't exactly know what was wrong, but he knew something was, and he was hoping that maybe Farrah would tell him and he could fix it. "C'mon baby, let's go inside." He said tugging her hand inside the restraunt where the waited seated them and brought them there menus.

Annabelle froze for a second, upset and scared, she didn't know what to do or how to tell him. Taking a deep breath, she stepped forward and wrapped her arms around Caleb's torso and burying her head against his chest starting to cry. "I'm pregnant." She mumbled, her words muffled against Caleb's chest. "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." She apologized, afraid Caleb would be mad at her. She loved him, regardless of everything she had done over the past days, hormones threw her emotions out of whack and she felt terriable.

Farrah kissed his hand lightly before she let Genesis tow her into Ihop. She was glad that he was considerate enough to leave he be when she wasn't up to talking about what was wrong. He wasn't obivious to her problems, just kind enough not to push her, which she was certain he knew would be the wrong tactic in their relationship. Already knowing what she was to order, Farrah set aside her menu, grabbing her straw and poking at the ice cubes in her glass of water while she waited for their waitress to return. Glancing up from her drink, she bit her lip silently, urging the wave of nausea that hit her to go away. She had been queasy all morning, and was in high hopes it would go away after eating just a bit. If it wasn't though, she supposed she would tell Genesis she wasn't up for the beach, and likely the reasons behind it.

Caleb's arms wound snugly around Annabelle, his hands rubbing her back lightly. He was terrified by the news she had given him, but it made absolute sense now that he had thought of all of her symptoms. He hadn't suspected anything since they had safe sex, but things happened. Kissing the top of her head lightly, he thought for a moment, trying to form appropriate first words. "Let's go inside, okay? Sit down for a minute.." he suggested, picking her up and carrying her up the few stairs and through the front door. He wasn't about to be harsh with her, it wasn't her fault that this had happened. He couldn't imagine how scary it was for her either, probably worse than his fear. Sitting her onto the couch, he leaned over her, wiping the tears away. "Don't be sorry, you haven't done anything wrong, sweetheart. I swear." he murmured.

"Honey, Are you sure that you're okay?" Genesis asked softly, reaching over the table for her hands. "You don't look like you feel too well." He stated, squeezing her hands a bit. Genesis wasn't stupid, he knew trying to force Farrah to tell him anything or do anything would only make her leave, regardless of how bad he wanted to know what was wrong and fix it. The waitress returned and Genesis ordered some waffles and he waitress waited on Farrah's order. Genesis was worried about Farrah, maybe a little over worried, but what could he say? He loved her.

Annabelle snuggled up to Caleb's side, more than happy he wasn't upset with her. She tried to think about when she could of gotten pregnant, they had taken so much caution. It had to have been her first time, after the beach, she had been off her birthcontrol for almost a week. Now, she was worried that continuing to take her birth control could of affected her baby. God, she hated that word now. She was 20, she didn't want to have a baby, she couldn't have a baby she was still in college, she wasn't even out of the kid stage herself.

Farrah shook her head lightly, removing her hand from his grip and getting up as the waitress returned. "I'll have pancakes." She managed to get out before stalking off to the bathroom. Running to the first stall, she began to empty out the contents of her stomach. After sitting there for a moment, she pushed herself up and switched on the water, splashing her face and neck before patting herself dry. Sighing, she went to take her seat in front of Genesis again, too ashamed of herself to tell him just yet what exactly was wrong with her. "Sorry." She murmured, crossing her arms across her chest and leaning back in her seat.

Caleb was terrified to say the least, finding out he had gotten her pregnant. He was angry with himself, for screwing things up for her. It wasn't that he was worried about his life, it was knowing that he had fucked up hers. Pulling her closer, he rubbed her back lightly, trying to plan how they were to go about things now that they were expecting a child. He didn't know how to dance around the delicate subject of it - did she want to have the baby, and if she did, was she going to keep it? "Are you okay?" He asked softly.

Genesis tilted his head. "It's okay. Are you sure that you feel up to the beach?" Genesis asked sympathetically. He didn't want her to feel terrible and be out in the hot sun all day. "We can just go home if you want, I don't want you to feel worse after being in the heat all day." He offered. He wished Farrah would just tell him what why she didn't seem up to her normal self. It wasn't that he didn't love her when she seemed down, it was he didn't like seeing her when something was bothering her. It made him feel like he wasn't perfect enough to keep her happy and protect her.

"No. I'm not okay." Annabelle said, almost thinking that was a stupid question. "I'm 20 and I'm pregnant!" She added, placing her head on Caleb's shoulder. "I don't know what I'm going to do." She said weakly, her voice breaking as her tears just streamed faster down her face. She didn't believe in abortion, she couldn't kill a baby, she couldn't kill something Caleb helped make. But she didn't want to have a kid and she wouldn't give it up for adoption so the kid could wonder it's entire life why it's parents didn't want it.

Farrah's shoulders slumped at the thought of skipping out on the beach. She wanted to get out of the house on one hand, not get stuck into the habit of being unsocial like she had been with Jason, when she wasn't allowed to have a life or friends. She refused to go back to that once again. "I want to go though.." She murmured, glancing down at her glass of water. She wanted to let loose and have a bit of fun, but she also wanted to curl up in bed and do nothing at all. "I'll tell you what's wrong later..I just need to eat something right now." She mumbled, grabbing her straw and poking at the ice in her glass once again.She didn't want to have the conversation that she had an eating disorder in the middle of Ihop where everyone else could stick their nose into it. She was ashamed of it, she had delt with it all her life, and, it was something difficult for her to confront even now.

Caleb hated himself for making Annabelle's life spiral downward and having her fall apart like this. It wasn't her falling apart that was the issue, it was why, it was something that could have been avoided. "I know..I'm sorry." he mumbled, kissing her cheek lightly. He was beginning to plan out their options, where they were going to go from here. "Would you like to move in with me maybe? Or me with you? I'd like to be here with you along the way..and when the baby gets here. Granted that'll be a while..but I want you to know I'm here for you." He said softly, hoping that she wouldn't snap at him, but realize he was taking her feelings into consideration instead. He wanted to be a good boyfriend and father, he wanted her life to be easier.

"Okay then." Genesis said, he wasn't going to tell her no, he wanted to go to the beach with her, well of course he did, he had suggested it. He just didn't want her to start felling more sick from being outside all day, but he supposed if she did they could just get a hotel room and stay there until it cooled off. He was happy she agreed to tell him what was wrong later, that would make him feel a lot better and he didn't blame her for not wanting to blurt out all her business in the middle of Ihop where the waiters and customers would ease drop.

Annabelle shook her head at his offer. It didn't matter if she was pregnant, she had told him that she wouldn't move in just a few days ago, the answer wouldn't magically change just because she was now pregnant. She didn't understand why Caleb was apologizing, he didn't need to. This was neither of their faults. It was an accident, and this was why Annabellel was set on waiting until she married before she had met Caleb.

As the waitress finally brought out her food and it was set in front of her, Farrah stared at it with uneasy eyes. She wasn't fond on the idea of eating right now, and for more than one reason. She had just been throwing up, so food didn't seem like the best thing in the world, but her eating disorder made her balk at eating just about anything already. Drumming her fingers lightly on the tabletop, she grabbed her fork and began to force feed herself, taking small bites and chewing carefully. After eating about half of what she had been giving on her plate, she pushed it forward and refused to eat any more, trying to resist the urge to go and make herself vomit. She was in high hopes that she would keep from doing so, which was only fueled because Genesis sat across form her. Had she been alone, it would have been the first thing she did before walking out the door, empty her stomach.

Caleb squeezed her shoulder gently, understanding that she was going to stick to her beliefs, if she didn't want to live with him, that was fine. But that certainly didn't mean he was going to be a vacancy in the child's life. He believed that the two of them could do it, granted it would be difficult for two young people, but they had the resources for keeping themselves afloat as well as an addition. "Would you like to stay the night tonight? I won't mind the company.." He said softly, beginning to rub her back again lightly. He didn't know if it w ould be best for her to be alone, but he honestly hoped not. He didn't feel like being that alone, feeling guilty over what he had done to mess up. "Can you help me with something?" He asked.

Genesis frowned at the fact Farrah hadn't eaten more, assuming that was a show of how not-well she felt right now. He picked through his food finishing it rather quickly, especially since he hadn't eaten dinner the night before. "Ready?" He questioned pulled out a $20 an leaving it on the table. He didn't feel like waiting, and he knew that'd cover the food and a nice tip. He was worried about Farrah, a lot. He was protective, he didn't want her feeling ill. "Do you want to make a doctor's appoitment whenever we get back?" He offered, assuming again that it was an illness. "They can probably give you an anibiotic for it." He said ushering her towards the door.

"I might." Annabelle said in response to staying the night, she wasn't sure if she wanted to but she wouldn't mind the company either, but she was worried and she felt terriable and she didn't want to go back on everyhing she had said about wanting to spend some time alone, she did need some constant support right now though. "What do you want help with?" She questioned, more than willing to do whatever Caleb would ask from her.

Grabbing her glass and finishing off the contents of her water, Farrah nodded and followed after Genesis, chewing a few pieces of ice as she made her way after him, her arms crossed across her chest as she continued to feel ill. The fact that Genesis was so oblivious to her eating disorder made her feel a sense of pride, she had mastered hiding it. It was something that made her feel extremely guilty though. She didn't want to be a pro at hiding it, and knowing how concerned and supportive he was over her made it ten times worse. Getting into the car, she turned to him, shame-faced. She wasn't ready to tell him she was even more screwed up, that would likely drive him away. "I suffer from bulimia. That's why I was so sick. And that's why I didn't want to eat. I've had it for years. It's something that I have triggered on and off for no apparent reason." She mumbled, glancing down at her hands and picking at her nail polish, too embarassed of herself to look at him.

Caleb was a little relieved it wasn't an automatic no and Annabelle shut down. Instead, she was wary, which was fine by him. Pushing himself up into a sitting position, he nodded to the kitchen. "I have painkillers for my hand..but it's in a childproof bottle. Which is apparently Caleb-poof..I need them, but can't open the damn bottle. Will you do so for me?" He asked, kicking himself for cussing while she was upset, but unable to take it back. His hand had been killing him all day and it only got worse the more the hours had ticked by. "I'll get them." He offered, heaving himself off of the couch and going to find the bottle of pills, remembering to grab two bottles of water from the refrigerator on the way back.

Genesis was quiet for a few seconds before reaching out to stroke her hair. "Oh baby, why didn't you tell me earlier?" He questioned softly, pulling lightly on a piece of her hair, tiling her chin up with his other hand. "Baby, you don't need to be skinner, you're perfect. I love you just the way you are." He said leaning down to kiss her forhead. "Please don't do this to yourself,don't make yourself sick. Please. I love you just the way you are, I don't want you to make yourself sick." Genesis added, knowing he was getting repative but he really didn't want her to make her self throw up over an image.

Annabelle nodded, she hadn't even noticed that Caleb had sworn, her head was far away from paying attention to a little swearing at the time. She was too worried at the fact there was a baby forming in her. She took the bottle from Caleb, her eyes scanning over the label for no real reason, pressed down on the cap and twisting the cap before the lid popped open. "Here." She stated, handing the bottle back and placing her arm back over her stomach and sulking back into the couch.

Pushing his hand away lightly, Farrah instead laced her fingers through his. She had learned that if she pushed Genesis away, things tended to escalate into something far worse, and with cutting and her bulimia acting up, she was afraid of how she would respond to things spiraling downward. It was how she tended to cope with things though, alone, but she wanted the two fo them to stay on good terms, and she coudln't handle the harsh reality of the inner depths of her mind with no help right now. "I noticed I had it when I was 14. But, no one else knew of it. Once I befriended Annabelle, she got me back on track whenever I fell into this again. I'm good at hiding it. I'm ashamed of myself. And. Just because you don't think I need to lose weight, it doesn't mean I think that way. I don't see myself as you see me, Genesis. It's all..distorted. I look fucked up. I hate what I see and who I am. I don't like myself in the least." She admitted, glancing up at him hopelessly.

Caleb swallowed the pills quickly before pulling Annabelle back into his lap. He didn't want to be the cause of her depression, but obviously he was. Kissing her cheek lightly, he then rested his head against her, closing his eyes to think quietly, attempting to find a fix to this, or at least some way to make it bearable for her. He didn't want her to stress this, or to feel alone, because he wouldn't just abandon her because -they- screwed up. He wasn't a coward. "Is there anything I can do to make it better, Annabelle?" He asked softly, desperate to make things easier on her. If there was absolutely anything he could do to make her happier, he would jump right on it. He hated knowing he had caused her this pain.

"Honey, don't think that about yourself. You're perfect. Every inch of you is." Genesis said softly caressing her cheek with his free hand, giving her hand a squeeze with the other and leaning across the console to kiss her nose. He knew he couldn't change the way Farrah saw herself with just a few words, but he didn't know what he could even start to do to fix this. He made a mental note to make sure that Farrah continued to eat and didn't throw it up. He didn't want her to feel that way. "Is there anything at all I can do to make you see yourself the way I do?" He questioned quietly, not wanting to be told that there was nothing he could do.

Annabelle placed her head on Caleb's shoulder, nuzzling into his neck, trying to hide from the world. She felt so ashamed of herself. She had always aspired to wait until marriage, so this kind of thing wouldn't happen. She wouldn't of minded having a kid if she was married. But now she was to young and scared. "Get a time machine." She murmured against Caleb's neck, snuggling closer to him. She loved Caleb, but she wanted to take everytime she had slept with him back and go back to being a good girl.

Farrah glanced down at her hands quietly, trying to fight back the wave of nausea that had crashed over her. This time though, it wasn't from lack of food, but from guilt. Genesis was once again beating himself up over one of her problems, a problem he didn't create, and had been with her for many years before he had waltzed in and stolen her away. "Genesis..
