How it all got started:

* Long time user Zack is faulted on a drug debt.
* As collateral, Sierra is kidnapped and held hostage until debts can be paid/things are square with Zack and supplier.
* Genesis is the lucky duck who is in charge of watching Sierra on the clause of "watch her or you're cut off/your life, too, is on the line"
